Job Description

For our Digital Factory Division in SUZHOU,we are looking for a SEAL苏州西门子电器有限公司制造工程师工作地点：苏州.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Create&Change of BoMs/Routings/Work centers, Review of Master data/Production order/Stock
2. Safety & Ergonomics system / CIP( Continous Improvement Programm)
3. Evaluate the improvement potential of production process;Initiate the process improvement;Planning, tracking the schedule of realization for process improvement
4. Planning/Timely update/Optimize general layout for production; Overall control of space allocation;Draw layout with software
5. Involve in evaluation of new working positons;Final releasing of new working positons
6. Human resource Planning,Investment planning,Material planning,Process planning,Workshop planning
7. Trouble shooting,Change Management,Optimization
8. Organizing PFMEA to optimize work process

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above
2. 3yr+ experience including 1yr of lean planning
3. Good English communication skills
