Mission

You’ll make an impact by
• Overall financial leadership and management of PA Solution Segment (P&L, BS, Cash flow)
• Strategic Profitable Growth
Partner with PA Solution GM drive PA solution profitable growth, by setup effective management mechanism to develop business, set up proper KPI targets for specific project category, set stretch PMP target for operation departments, and monitor & measure rigorously.
• Financial transparency & integrity
Under Siemens governance framework, ensure financial transparency and integrity in month end closing, controlling and planning
Risk based financial analysis to drive cost productivity improvement
• Risks management
Ensure Siemens internal control system effectiveness to manage compliance risk, legal risk, tax risk, audit risk etc. in SLC & SFAE framework
• Commercial Project Management
ensure order cost calculation justification and smart pricing
ensure risks identified, communicated timely and remediated thoroughly
ensure project BiE&CiE, AR&DP,PoC% and order backlog justification
ensure NCC reporting properly
• Process optimization
continuously drive productivity improvement
set up proper target and monitor system on project standardization & modulization
• Communication & escalation management
ensure timely communication & escalation within PA SO teams, BU China, Segment HQ and SFAE management
• People competence development
strengthen ownership culture and lead as role model
enhance employee core competences in systematical way
ensure key function retention by define proper motivation program and people development plan
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Your defining qualities
• Education and Experience:Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. economics, international trade, accounting, finance etc.
• 5 years+ in project commercial working experiences
• 3 years+ commercial and controlling experiences.
• 3 years+ PMP managers/ TL with employee management
• Knowledge of legal, compliance, tax, accounting, sales commercial.
• Advanced skills with contract management, communication and problem solving.
• Project management systematics.
• Be able to work efficiently, seriously, and responsibly
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Professional MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
• Be willing to go on business trip any time
