For ourSiemens Healthineers in Shanghai,we are looking for a PT Service EngineerIT-specialistat the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?

Perform technical operation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs and updates for the IT system of PT in SPHIC.

Escalate incidents with accurate and clear information according to defined escalation process. Inform the 2nd Level Support (PT vHSC) on all escalation issues.

Report any customer's complaints according to Shanghai PT escalation process.

Ensure on time creation & update for FMS tickets. Ensure the FMS ticket contents being in compliance with FMS Guideline.

Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from company.

Make the Uptime Performance of whole PT system to achieve annual target.

Share Knowledge & Experience within the team.

Support product maintenance activities on demand of Siemens PT headquarter.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

At least Bachelor of computer science / Automation Technology are required. 要求计算机科学专业/自动化技术专业的本科或本科以上学位。

At least2 years of operation/maintenance experience of IT Network and Server / DATABASE Management / IT System Administration for the large IT network/ medical network. 至少2年对大型IT网络/医疗网络的IT网络及服务器、或数据库管理、或IT网络管理的操作或维护经验。

DICOM/PACS, IBM Blade Server, Cisco components (for example Catalyst 6500 ), OS Windows7 Server 2008. CCNA and-/ CCNP Certificate (training)is required. 拥有DICOM/PACS、IBM刀锋服务器、Cisco 设备（比如Catalyst 6500）、OS Windows7 Server 2008的相关知识。要求有CCNA或CCNP证书（或经过培训）。

Be willing to work in Shifts. 愿意长期“三班倒”工作。

Basic verbal and written communication skills in English (CET 4 or plus).能够使用英文读写和交谈。英语4级或以上。

Good communication and interpersonal skill, be able to provide accurate and clear information to others. 沟通能力和人际交流能力强，能够提供精准和清晰的信息。
