 Introduction:

For our Healthcare in Xi'an, we are looking for a Secretary at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?

As a secretary, you are responsible for vice president, More specifically, your assignments will cover as following,

*Manage and maintain RVP schedules, appointments and travel arrangements( (Visa application, ticket, hotel, and pick up money and expense voucher claim)

*Transmit messages, organize and participate in internal and external meetings

Prepare invitation letters for the visitors; organize visitors' hotel, airport pickup and

*Finalize the travel and expense voucher claims

*Write correspondence and office memo, set up/maintain filing system, handling old files, copies, prepare PPT

*Office supplies order and management,department cars management

*Organize the staff meeting, New Year party, Outing activities

*Cooperate with regional BA for signing contract

*Fix Assets stocktaking

*Assist RVP for subregion management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

*More than 3 years working experience in related field, being familiar with the daily secretarial work

*Good command of Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and writing

*Great interpersonal skills with good communication
