An experienced IT specialist who will provide the application database management, and support for  application development. The position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our application systems, partnering with the external development team, and providing administration and support for the various database models.  

Areas of Responsibilities:
Evaluate, select, and implement relational and non-relational database management systems
Develop and enforce database security policies and procedures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Work closely with development teams to design, develop, and optimize database systems to enhance application performance
Provide support to the production application for issue resolution related to application  
Work with  IT application team and other stakeholders to review and enhance existing processes, tools, and procedures, recommending improvements and best practices for application management
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate and manage IT capabilities 
Leverage Azure DevOps to monitor these application platforms on source code management, release management 

Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2. Strong knowledge in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server 
3. 3+ years .Net development 
4. Good knowledge on CSL, DSL and PIPL
5. Understanding of networking, storage in both physical and cloud-based environments
6. Experience in databsase Security 
7. Good at communication, documentation
8. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
9. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Education
Bachelor Degree. IT related major will be preferred.
