Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing strategicalliances and partnerships for the organization, supporting businessforecasting, strategic business planning, and performing related administrativetasks. This role requires a strong understanding of business partnering, salescommission calculations, and global business partner financing.

Support Business Forecasting and StrategicBusiness Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management andother stakeholders to develop and maintain business forecasts that identify potentialmarket trends and revenue opportunities.

- Monitor business performance and trends,and make recommendations to senior management on necessary adjustments toforecasts and plans.

BP Performance Evaluation:

- Work with business partners to establishclear performance goals and metrics, and evaluate their progress against thesegoals on a regular basis.

- Provide feedback and guidance tobusiness partners on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze performance data to identify trendsand patterns, and make recommendations for improving partner performance.

BP Rebate Calculation and Monitoring:

- Work with sales teams and businesspartners to calculate rebates owed based on agreed-upon terms and conditions.

- Develop accurate rebate reports andensure they are submitted in a timely manner to all relevant parties.

- Monitor rebate program compliance, andtake corrective action when necessary to ensure program integrity.

Sales Commission Calculation:

- Work with sales teams to calculate salescommission based on agreed-upon rates and terms.

- Ensure accurate commission calculationsare completed promptly after closure of each sales opportunity.

- Prepare commission payments and submitthem to the relevant personnel for processing.

Support BPM/BPO and Global BusinessPartner-Related Tasks:

- Collaborate with the BPM/BPO team todevelop and maintain processes related to business partner financing, includingdue diligence, contract negotiation, and collections.

- Assist in the coordination of globalbusiness partner activities, including regional training sessions, conferences,and other events.

- Handle other related administrativetasks as assigned by management, including providing support to otherdepartments on matters related to business partners.

                                                                                                                                 

Requirements: 

- Minimum of 10 years of experience inbusiness partnering, sales, or related field

- Strong knowledge of the healthcareindustry, including market trends, competitors, regulations, and reimbursementmodels.

- Proven track record of successfullymanaging strategic alliances and partnerships, including experiencecollaborating with global business partners.

- Excellent communication and negotiationskills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate terms andconditions that are beneficial to both parties.

- Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with strongorganizational and time-management skills.

- Fluency in English is preferred, alongwith an understanding of global business partner financing processes andreimbursement models.

- At least 3-5 years people managementexperience.

- Bachelor's degree or above in businessadministration, marketing, or related field
