For our SFS IT&CYS APM team, we are looking for a Business Application Manager to help us drive SFS Application Management Processes within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

SFS IT&CYS APM introduction: APM is application management team which under SFS IT&CYS organization. This team takes responsibility for application management processes to enhance quality level across all applications and drive forward the standardization of processes. There are more than 30 experts in China, Germany, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, France and India supporting our organization all around Application Management. We are Interested in defining the SFS IT&CYS Governance for application management based on SIEMENS and regulatory requirements. Then you might be someone providing and improving stable and compliant services through efficient, and automated processes.

You'll make an impact by

• Take IT coordinator role in CMS (Contract Management System) project. Take responsibility of all IT related requirements & tasks implementation during the project phase.
• Take application manager role for CMS (Contract Management System) application. Provide 1st Level and 2nd level Support for CMS (Contract Management System) application’s Incidents / Change Requests / queries. The 1st level support need assure that all requests are handled appropriately and in time. The 2nd level support includes application configuration management and reporting generation via SQL server store procedure/view development.
• Take vendor manager role for CMS (Contract Management System) application to make sure the service delivered by vendor can fulfill agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Take responsibility for CMS (Contract Management System) application user authorization Management, approve the Role applications and to be responsible for the correctness and actuality of the Roles in CMS (Contract Management System) application, review, and re-assign user authorization quarterly.
• Take the deputy application manager role for PBOC (People’s Bank of China) credit upload/download system. Provide 1st level support to assure all incidents/requests/ other queries are handled appropriately and timely to fulfill customer/regulator’s requirement.
• Take charge of IT CR (Change Request) Manager role for Spiridon AP1, Nexus, OneSRM, LOS and SieSales. Also take responsibility for Spiridon AP1, Nexus, OneSRM, LOS and SieSales user authorization Management role including user authorization maintenance, user authorization review, running the SOD (Segregation of Duties) Check reports, approving & reviewing the emergency user applications.
• Take application manager role for Crystal report server. Keep the Crystal report server run stably and securely. Develop the crystal report base on customer’s requirement and deliver it correctly and timely.
• Participate in local/global Projects. In charge of local IT related Tasks.
• IT deputy Account Manager for RIC (Risk Internal Control) in SFLL
• Follow global CR and incident handling process, work together with global LOS/ CRM team to implement change request to SFLL.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor’s degree or above, and Computer/software engineering related specialty
• Excellent oral English
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server regarding: Database Cluster, Administration, Store procedure and view development
• At least 3 years of JAVA development experience
• Excellent working experience with Linux system
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO module, CRM
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication, collaborative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work in a team environment
• Highly positive, self-driven and motivated, willing to learn, open to new challenges
• Overseas education background or MNC experience is preferred
