Services Project Manager

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. As part of a country or region Services organization, handles one services project or several unrelated services projects driving customers value realization. The projects handled are of medium to high size and complexity and could be part of a program. Executes the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management and the customer for the project.

Qualifications:

• PMP/ITIL Certification is desirable.
• Handling projects

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can Initiate and Implement a Project Structure and Governance Model!

Review the contract and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations & who can proactively monitor the project's overall progress, resolving issues and initiate corrective and preventive action as appropriate.

To accomplish project goals, one needs Teamcenter experience as well as the ability to manage project scope and customer requirements.

• Perform project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling!
• Work with all relevant internal and external partners to handle and resolve issues Put the project change management process into practice. Manage the project schedule to guarantee delivery on time.
• Ensure the planned project communications on all levels including escalations procedures and project progress reporting.
• Perform project quality management and handle compliance to standards, rules and regulations.
• Follow the procurement processes.
• Handle contract acceptance and final project handover
• Perform project evaluations and retrospectives regularly and feed the results and lessons learned into project and organization.
• Agree targets with project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority.
• Actively seek and give feedback from project team members, managers and customers
• One needs to Support team-members' personal development as well as involve the project team in the identification and management of changes.
• Work with Services Management and Procurement Manager to handle business partners and subcontractors.
• Handle Project Financials and Deliver the project to the approved budget and agreed margin.
• Regularly review and run the project budget.
• Measure project performance and provide regularly as the need arises a realistic project forecast.
• We are looking for the candidate-Incorporate projects risks from risk assessments into project budget.
• Identify and minimize non-conformance costs in the project.
• Working with services administration to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for project.
