The exciting, fast-growingCloud Application Services (CApS) team is actively recruiting for aprofessional Program Manager. As a Siemens Program Manager, you will lead complexproject activities across multiple teams to enable the successful engineering& operations of Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery. You will workacross teams to establish, communicate, and track clear program priorities andactivities.

This role will collaboratewith CApS Engagement, Engineering, and Operations teams, Product Development,Customer Support, Sales, and Services delivery teams to facilitate successfulSaaS delivery.

This position will reportdirectly to the Director of CApS Engineering.

Responsibilities:

·       Workwith CApS teams to prioritize and plan activities.

·       Managethe CApS task backlog in Polarion.

·       Delivereffective communication strategies internal and external to the CApS organization.

·       Collaboratewith product development teams to manage activities and initiatives related toimproving SaaS delivery.

·       AssistCApS process engineering and onboarding leaders to coordinate and prioritizeinitiatives.

·       Proactivelysupervise the program’s overall progress, resolving issues and initiatingcorrective and preventive action as appropriate.

·       Performprogram risk management, including planning, identification, analysis, responseplanning, and controlling.

·       Leaddevelopment, collection, and monitoring of various delivery metrics & KPIs.

·       Orchestrateprogram schedules to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

·       Regularlyconduct program reviews and retrospectives, integrating the outcomes andlessons learned into the organization to improve CApS SaaS delivery.

·       Implementprogram management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

·       Communicateprogram progress to executive-level leadership of various internal stakeholdersand teams.

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

·       Bachelorof Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology, or anequivalent level of knowledge in PLM and SaaS delivery.

·       Multipleyears of experience as a Project Manager for Teamcenter solutions or comparableproducts, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator, or Agile.

·       Experiencewith delivering software on the cloud.

·       Multipleyears of team-leading experience in a customer-facing environment.

·       Build relationshipsand communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness.

·       Aninitiative-taker with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels throughoutan organization

·       Certificationin Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) orInternational Project Management Association (IPMA) or equivalent

·       Willingnessand ability to travel up to 15%

The total cashcompensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 10% of thisbeing comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offeredis based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
