Your missionand responsibilities:
· Incidentticket monitoring and handling, as well as documentation of results, based onknowledge transfer sessions.
· Firstanalysis of incoming incidents / Qualification and pre-clarification of theincident (understanding user requirements).
· Incidentresolution (capable to explain complex solution of the incident in auser-friendly manner).
· Transferof the incident to the next escalation-level, incl. involvement of DevOpsDeveloper team OR interface providers (SAP Support) when required.
· Creationof Backend and End-User Self-help Knowledge Articles for raised incidents toensure better support on re-occurring incidents.
· Creatingand running basic scripts to resolve Incidents.
Skills:
· Bachelor's degree;
· Advanced English (you will be partof an global team);
- Experience in Finance and SAP
- Good understanding of Incident& other ITSM Processes (such as Problem, Knowledge Management)
- Previous work experience inServiceNow ITSM environment (3+ years)
- Certifications in ServiceNowFundamentals/ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation V4
