SiemensHealthineers IT is seeking as part of our External Marketing Platforms team ahighly motivated Service/Product Owner for our Marketing Automation Platformbased on Eloqua with two or more years of hands-on experience.TheExternal Marketing Platforms team takes care of marketing and communicationapplications and tools facing external customers. This position requiresknowledge and experience in Eloqua (or similar platform for marketingautomation management) as well as good knowledge on APIs.
In addition,this position shall support our technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) lead.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow the own andthe colleagues’ skillset in the area of all our external marketing platformswhile engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers.
The Service/ProductOwner for our Marketing Automation Platform will be expected to use a goodlevel of knowledge and experience in managing business/ customer expectations, feedback,complaints and data flows while ensuring compliance to Quality, ISEC and DataPrivacy regulations.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- You own andmanage our Marketing Automation Platform based on Eloqua
- You managethe product backlog for the Service and drive corresponding discussions withglobal cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency across all involved teams
- You areresponsible for the IT Service management incl. e.g. Incident, Change andProblem Management
- You planand coordinate the go live together with your stakeholders, e.g. incl. testmanagement and user acceptance tests
- You managethe different vendors (partly SaaS) involved in the provisioning of the Service
- You willensure IT System compliance (e.g. in regard to quality, information securityand data privacy regulation)
- Your mainfocus around change management will be roll-outs to additional countries andapplications (incl. APIs) in close alignment with Business and Data Privacystakeholders
- You willsupport our technical SEO
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education
- Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science)
- Generaltechnical knowledge on APIs (e.g. Postman or any other API platform)
- Generalknowledge on marketing campaign management, marketing analytics tools i.e. byAdobe
- Eagernessto understand Data Privacy (i.e. GDPR, LGPD, PIPL) and Business requirementsand processes
- Proventrack record of successfully implementing IT projects using Agile methodologies(i.e. scrum) or other structured methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, StructuredProblem Solving) and understanding of ITIL Framework Governance guidelines aswell as tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Service Now)
- Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills
- Ability towork independently and as part of a team
- Customer(and service) orientated thinking
- Structured thinking& ability to learn quickly
- Understandingof web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Power BI and/or general Software developmentare a plus
- Experience in technical SEO tools andconfigurations i.e. Google Search Console, Coveo are a plus
- Knowledgeof Marketing tech stack areas (e.g. CMS, Analytics, eMail campaign management,database management) and Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Stronginterest in compliance and documentation
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years ofexperience with Content Delivery Platforms
- Experiencewith Eloqua (or similar platform for marketing automation)
- Experienceworking with agile project management methodologies
- Experienceworking with global and cross-functional teams

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
