Then come and join our Philippines team as Service Logistics Specialist to manage all logistical activities in order to support Customer Services including Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible to manage all logistical activities in order support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force. Meet required financial targets and see to that all assets are appropriately stored, maintained, calibrated, and protected.
  • You are responsible to ensure that all warehouse facilities are maintained for professional appearance and meeting technical, certification & QSE requirements.
  • You are responsible to check and maintain the availability of service parts within the global CS Logistic Centers and external logistic provider.
  • You are responsible to synchronize and escalate part orders if the availability is negative and according CS guidelines.
  • You are responsible to initiate and control customs clearance activities for import and export of spare parts.
  • You are responsible for shipment document administration.
  • You are responsible for transportation management.
  • You will be an interface to external logistic provider and warehouses.
  • You are responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound control.
  • You are responsible for parts return management to the global CS logistic center. Return process control and monitoring. 
  • You are responsible to escalate incorrect return handling according to defined measurements.
  • You are responsible to manage tool and test equipment logistic. Install and maintain a tool inventory data base in the ERP (SPIRIDON) system.
  • You will be an interface to Quality Department for calibration activities and monitoring. Generate inventory report for tool and test equipment.
  • You are responsible to monitor the entire logistic process according to defined parameter. Generate weekly performance and inventory reports for management.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You possess a degree in Custom administration/Business Administration.
  • You can handle basic office operation related to logistical activities.
  • You have experience or knowledge in external and internal customer relations.
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
