The role.
- Main point of contact between Office, Field Service Representatives (FSR) and Customers for job dispatching and coordination. Project Management communications
- Handle incoming customer service requests via phone or email, resulting in a service order entry.
- Request service quotations and create orders in the System.
- Follow up on commercial/PO with customers to begin mobilizations.
- Handle FSR’s onboarding to customers sites (safety prerequisites, training, site access, vehicle passes, etc)
- Coordinated resources, materials for service jobs and trainings.
- Keep regular communication with FSR’s for job status (cost control) and for logistics safety reasons (such as remote areas).
- Handle emergency mobilization coordination.
- Gatekeeper for the Tech Support Hub and dispatch to the technical team.
- Manages on call distribution for after-hours and SiDriveIQ
- Own dispatching process and continuous improvement.
- Handle customers daily reporting requirements and submissions.
- Support to CS Digital Tools Implementation, Data Migration, IBase review, tech reports app implementation, etc.
Your profile.
- Strong communication skills. The role requires active listening and being able to clearly convey information using phone calls, text messages and emails.
- Experience with customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Experience using computers, software, apps, and digital tools in general.
