We are looking for a Service- & Commissioning Engineer (f/m/d) for High Voltage Motors and Medium Voltage Drives to join our team at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.

Your future role.
- You will be responsible for service and commissioning of medium voltage drive systems and high voltage motors worldwide, which will account for around 50% of your time.
- Another approx. 50% you will be organizing, planning and preparing erections, shutdowns and incidents as project manager.
- Therefore, you will work closely together in a global network of experts and developers.
- Here you will be responsible for testing and commissioning the drive solutions, consisting of frequency converters, control systems, motors and auxiliary control for industrial applications in the field of large drive technology.
- In addition, you will analyze and resolve drives and motor specific problems together with the Engineering and R&D departments.
- The revision of the system documentation as well as the reporting including feedback to the engineering and development department will be part of your work.
Your profile.

- The foundation of your success is a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on power electronics or drive technology.
- Building on that, you can demonstrate multiple years of relevant work experience and knowledge of control engineering, power electronics and electrical machines.
- Ideally, you already have gained international work experience (e.g. through internships).
- Furthermore, basic knowledge of drive and power converter technology (medium- / low-voltage converters) is required.
- Assertiveness, result orientation and customer orientation, as well as communication skills distinguish you even more.
- Your office is the world, so you bring a high flexibility and willingness to travel and work worldwide for our customers, which will account for about 50% of your time. Another 50% of your tasks will be planning and preparing outages worldwide.
- Very good command of English and good German language skills complete your profile.
