What part will you play?
- Craft innovative user flows, mental concepts, and interaction patterns for our eMobility Software, Hardware, and Services, defining precise interaction models
- Champion the user perspective and bring eMobility expertise to the entire product life cycle at Siemens
- Lead remote development teams daily & on a global level by providing proactive UI design guidance and ensuring a constant focus on enhancing the user experience
- Maintain a holistic vision, effectively communicating interaction and UX concepts through vivid storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and tangible prototypes
- Collaborate passionately with User Researchers and development team members to understand requirements and devise creative solutions for user needs and challenges
- Evaluate and validate the usability of new and existing products, providing constructive feedback to continually enhance the user experience
- Strengthen collaboration with other (remote) UX team members by actively contributing to the evolution of Siemens' design system
- Set standards for user-centered design, contributing actively to the evolution of Siemens' design system and continuously evolving work methods

- Bachelor's degree in Design or Computer Science (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent education
- Long-term experience with a demonstrable impact at an organizational level and profound experience in the area of industrial UX/UI with a focus on IoT
- Long-term leadership experience, scaling your own scope of impact to a broader organizational level
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design skills creating user flows, wireframes, human-machine interfaces, and services
- Strong ability to use industry-standard design and prototyping tools and leverage design systems at an intermediate level or higher
- Willingness to deep dive in the domain of E-Mobility & IoT industry processes
- Deep understanding of usability and user-centered design practice and process
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams, leading design sprints and workshops
- Deep skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Fluent German and English and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally, you have domain expertise in e-mobility and/or data analytics applications
