Then come and join our global team as (Senior) ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/d) focusing on the HR ServiceDelivery (HRSD) module and leverage your technical expertise to achieve the best outcome for our stakeholders and make a difference.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position can be filled in both the US and Germany.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will act as Solution Architect and lead the technical implementation for all ServiceNow HRSD related topics
  • You will be responsible to elaborate and document the platform / solution design, help to analyze the impact of new requirements and drive the proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management and IT compliance framework
  • You will ensure adherence to ServiceNow / market-best practices and consult stakeholder accordingly while driving continuous platform improvements
  • You will think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies
  • You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and own and drive related activities

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration
  • You have many years of experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect, in particular with the HRSD module, and have a good understanding of related HR/IT processes and systems at a global scale
  • You have a deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities incl. it's integration architecture and bring relevant certifications
  • You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects
  • You have a very good knowledge of managing IT service providers
  • You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry

  • You strive to translate business challenges and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutions
  • We are seeking a highly structured and detail-oriented individual with a passion for navigating complex situations with precision and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics and you are highly motivated to drive topics to completion
  • You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation
  • You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation. Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written, and German language skills are an advantage
  • You communicate reliably across all organizational levels and working cultures
