What are my job responsibilities?
- Generate the leads in the assigned portfolio with targeting specific customer segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to ensure business goals are achieved according to the yearly sales target.
- Collaborate with Local Sales Team and Siemens Business Units to capture opportunity transparency in the Malaysia market.
- Possess and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers within the customer organization with spanning across procurement, engineering, operations and business development.
- Track and update with targeted accounts and leads through use of Siemens cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- The ability to guide and provide customer’s commercial terms requirement to the internal support team.
- Lead and capture opportunities in the assigned vertical and collaborate within Siemens to promote the company as a unified entity to customers.
What do I need to qualify forthe role?
- Above 3+ years of successful experience in sales to Panel Builders and M&E Consultants.
- Ability to engage with customers in the initial project development stage process such as budget, specification discussion, technical advice etc.
- Experienced in Protection Devices and electrical distribution network.
- Identify key points and review on the RFQ, technical requirements and commercial terms.
- Proven track record of sales pitch to secure the purchase order.
- Able to provide sales presentation to various levels of customer.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Able to travel within Northern Malaysia.
