Tasks:
- Central contact for incident and crisis management
- Worldwide support for prevention, preparedness and reaction to (security) incidents and crisis situations.
- Participation in the central SAG crisis team and supporting incident and crisis teams in the event of an incident
- Advice to SAG company units on setting up and further developing the crisis organization
- Observation and assessment of risks with potential for crises
- Advice on adequate preventive and preparedness measures
- Conception and implementation of information and training measures, e.g. awareness, crisis exercises
- Development of regulations and working guides
- Further development and networking within Siemens AG
- Establishing and maintaining relevant authority contacts in the field of security, foreign policy, disasters and civil protection as well as international security service providers
- Networking with similar departments of other companies

- Successfully completed master's degree or equivalent
- Many years of experience (min. 3) in an international company in inciident or crisis management
- Extensive experience in incident and crisis management and in dealing with kidnapping, extortion or ransomware cases
- Additional training in specialist areas such as security management, crisis management, risk management, business continuity
- Operational practice in the international security environment is an advantage
- Routine in training conception and implementation as well as consulting at C-level
- Strong interest and experience in working in international teams
- Distinct intercultural competence / sensitivity
- Willingness to travel worldwide for business - also to crisis areas
- Willingness to take on tasks at night/weekends and in crisis situations
- Prerequisite for authorization to handle classified information
- Business fluent in English and German
