You’ll make adifference by:

·       Createdetailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

·       Design,develop, and execute automation scripts. Identify, record, document, and trackbugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

·       Developand apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

·       Monitordebugging process results. Investigate the causes of non - Conforming software.Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defectcounts.

·       Collaboratewith internal teams (e.g. developers, business analysts, and platform owner) toidentify testing requirements.

·       Identifyand prioritize quality control issues from an end-to-end perspective.

·       Participatein scrum ceremonies such as refinement, demo, and release planning.

Your successis grounded in:

·       Bachelor’sdegree in computer science or equivalent stream and 3 to 5+ years ServiceNowexperience

·       Desiredknowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position:

·       Strongknowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

·       Familiarityworking with Agile development teams.

·       Strongknowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules.

·       PriorServiceNow exposure.

·       Experienceimplementing ATFS and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow

·       Abilityto communicate technical information in business terms

·       Abilityto work both independently and as part of a team.

·       Anycertificates, licenses, etc. required of the position:

·       ISTQBor any ServiceNow or ITIL certifications are a plus
