- You will lead the planning and execution of social, environmental and governance projects and initiatives in close collaboration with Siemens Healthineers businesses, regions, and functions globally.
- You will develop comprehensive project plans with scope, budget, timelines, resource allocation, key outcomes, metrics, milestones, and deliverables. Communicating project progress, escalations, and issues to enable decision making in an effective manner.
- You will manage activities of supporting teams, internal/external stakeholders, and working with employees globally to integrate ideas and solutions.
- You will identify and manage risk and establish project quality standards.
- You will develop a good understanding of sustainability opportunities, industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives, changing practices, analysis and design methods and tools/techniques.
- You have a university degree in science, engineering, medical technology or similar.
- You have many years of experience in project management, leading complex projects in a cross-functional and cross-regional setup on Executive Level.
- You have demonstrated stakeholder management and reporting expertise, with hands-on tool/methodology experience.
- Experience and expertise in healthcare and sustainability is preferred.
- Experience in technology and/or innovation is an advantage.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- You possess fluent English language skills.
- You have good stakeholder management capabilities from experience working with project stakeholders at various levels and establishing alignment on shared objectives.
- You have strong communication skills with an ability to sound compelling and inspirational and move collaborators towards a common vision. You must be able to present complex concepts and project approaches in an effective and simple way to senior leaders and partners.
- You have proven coordination & influencing skills, and ability to lead without authority.
