We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, committed to ensurethat our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results, to behired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Engineering Area atElectrification and Automation Business Unit.

Your Challenge
As a Senior Project manager your mission will handle all projects withinthe engineering field.
Some of themain activities will be:
- Lead large projects for Electrification and Automation Business Unit, dealing with Electrical substation supply of MV boards, protection & controls systems and/or SCADA following all the steps: from order opening through customer clarification, project planning set-up, engineering and purchasing processes monitoring, units construction and testing, final installation and commissioning
- Active Managing & Controlling the project in terms of time, costs, quality, risks identification and management, change requests handling, project claims, achieving both project targets and customer satisfaction
- Execute projects in compliance with laws and regulations (e.g. people and product safety, environmental protection), internal regulations (e.g. signature authorizations, project decisions and agreements with customer within Limits of Authorities) and agreed Customer processes.
- Be a close partner to Customer, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and factories (MV/LV switchgears, inverters, electric charging stations...); cooperate with all the relevant Company Functions involved in the projects by contributing in defining resources needs and relevant allocation
- Act pursuant to Siemens PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS), perform risks management to minimize and control project risks
- Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
- Proven experience in project management within the electrotechnical sector
- Available to business trips at a national level
- Knowledge of protection, controls systems, SCADA
- Education background in electrical or electrotechnical engineering, or equivalent background
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
