Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager at Siemens Digital IndustriesSoftware, you will be responsible for positively amplifying the user experienceand increasing the value proposition for one or more digital products.

You will join the Digital Customer Experience team of ProductManagers, UX Researchers and Designers, and Software Development Engineersdedicated to building the best, friction-free digital buyer’s journeyexperiences for our SaaS customers. In this role you will be responsible forbuilding trust with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product segments,support, and customer success, earning the right to innovate on their behalf. Youwill practice an agile approach to product design and development.

This is the perfect role for you if you possess best-in-classproduct management skills combined with experience in any of the followingareas: complex product portfolios, digital customer communities, eCommerce or SaaS, software trials, marketing demand generation campaigns, marketingautomation, personalization, web component services, architectural patterns,omnichannel sales, and/or omnichannel customer contact.

A Senior Product Manager is expected to:

  • Be the primary contact with stakeholders,starting by understanding business problems and needed outcomes and advocatingfor the customer.
  • Always start with the customer and workbackwards to define and champion a compelling product vision.
  • Capture, document and prioritize businessrequirements.
  • Develop a product roadmap that informs aprioritized design and development plan.
  • Set targets for success and constantly reviewanalytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
  • Expected to think from the outside in.
  • Prioritize product features and categorize intokey delivery milestones and releases.
  • Be one side of an extraordinarily strong productleadership triangle, with UX and software development being the other two sides.
  • Communicate - the good and the bad - withstakeholders at all points of the product lifecycle - from requirementscollection to confirmation to UAT to release and iterations.
  • Plan future features, releases, and iterations,based on qualitative and quantitative data.

A Senior Product Manager hasthese skills:

  • Has the ability to look simultaneously up anddown the hierarchy, in two directions, and allows connecting leaders toempathize with the burden of both sides and spread the weight of shared issues.

A Senior Product Manager has experience with:

  • Software users, the buyer’s journey, and the customerlifecycle for software customers.
  • SaaS products.
  • Software, website design, cloud applicationdevelopment, and/or digital marketing execution environments.
  • Operating as a Product Manager/Product Owner inan Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Collecting business requirements, setting the productvision, defining the product strategy, and prioritizing against a product roadmap.
  • Human-centered design.
  • Large, matrixed, global organizations withcomplex product portfolios
  • Driving change for customers and across internalorganizations
  • Working across a wide variety of global stakeholderswith different product, cultural, geographic, language, and prior experiencebiases.
  • Collaborating remotely with distributed teams.
  • One or more of the following areas: softwaredevelopment, complex product portfolios, eCommerce or SaaS software trials,marketing demand generation campaigns, marketing automation, personalization,web component services, architectural patterns, omnichannel sales, and/oromnichannel customer contact.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager or equivalent role
  • 3+ years’ experience in web design and/ordevelopment in digital marketing/products, eCommerce or working with cloudplatforms.
  • Experience working in JIRA, Asana, Trello, orsimilar.
  • Able to travel on average 1 week per quarter
  • Managed at least one digital product through theentire product lifecycle.

The salaryrange for this position is $145,700 to $262,300 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health andwellness benefits to employees.
