You’ll make an impact by

• Process automation & digitalization: Develop and implement tools and platform for processes automation, to reduce manual work and increase the efficiency and accuracy of order processing. Utilize Robotic & AI applications to automate routine tasks and improve overall efficiency.
• Intelligent data analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, utilizing data analysis tools and AI techniques to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
• Performance controlling: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization and achieve business target.

Your defining qualities

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher. Finance, IT, computer science or related major preferred.
• Preferred experience in using or develop with data process automation tools such as UiPath, Mendix（low coding programming）, KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL skills.
• Sales commercial, Performance controlling, Data analysis experiences preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate responsibility, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
