You’llcreate impact by:

• The Senior Supply Chain Professional will besupporting the order management and logistics processes for a product businessunit covering ASEAN territory.
• Overseeing the end-to-end order processing untilproduct delivery with aim to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction,e.g. planning with all parties involved on the packaging, safe handling, DGdeclaration, form E, etc. for an optimize delivery process
• Act as team lead and escalation path for a teamof order processing and logistics professional from the business supportorganization
• Interface for order management and logisticsescalation in the business operations, e.g. in-/out-bound coordination forreturn goods, missing cargo, insurance claims, etc.
• Set-up of order processing for new materials
• Create purchase orders for non-customer salesorders, e.g. for stock, demo, etc.
• Monitoring and controlling of stock availabilityand movement
• Coordinate with stakeholders (forwarders,vendors, customers, sales, product managers) for any differing and variablesituations, e.g. event planning for large opportunities, managing criticalorders, errors in order processing, etc.
• Responsible for CSID for license orders
• Reporting: tax reporting for export sales,warranty report, sustainable packaging report, etc.
• Drive implementation of relevant strategy /standards and ensuring the compliance with internal and external guidelines
