Job description
We are looking for a experienced Project Management Officerwho will take over the project management support cross different projects andensure smooth communication and alignment with peer groups.
As a ProjectManagement Officer you will be responsible for:
- Documentation services based on input of Project Manager,Product Owner and Business Analyst - Quality Documentation & maintenance ofrecords in corresponding tools, Support in Compliance process according toITCCS, Preparation of milestone documents based on Project Manager´s input
- Maintenance of project specific SHARP records according tostatus, financials, resources based on input of Project Manager
- Supporting the project team on creation of various projectrelated presentations (Status, Steering Board Meeting, ...)
- Order Management Support - Creation of documents related toorder process based on input of Project Manager
- Resource Management Support – Orchestration of resourceprocesses cross different project (running & planned) including allinternal resources
- Holistic management of IT PM budget cross all projects
- Alignment with financial process on IT and business side
- Creation of regular status reports (actuals) and FCmanagement
Who are we lookingfor?
- Previous experience with PMO or similar role
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge or previous experience with Agile methodologiesand Scrum
- Experiences with Resource Management
- Experiences with Issue & Project Tracking Tools (JIRA,Trello, …)
- Advanced English skills (B2)

Basic wage component (gross) and otherrewards: starting from 1800 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
