We are looking for a Senior IT Process Manager - SIAM Process Management
You'll make a difference by:
- In your new role as (Senior) Process Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of our IT Service Management processes and tools globally.
- You will also have a deep understanding of SIAM principles and methodologies and be able to effectively implement and handle SIAM processes within our organization.
- The scope of your team includes all ITIL disciplines as well as monitoring and reporting processes and tools which form the backbone of the global IT of our company.
- You will focus on some of the following disciplines at the beginning: Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Analysis, Availability Management, Data Centre Capacity and Performance Management, Asset & Config Management, Test Management, Change Management and User communication.
- You lead the processes and ensure they are handled and operated by all internal groups and external service providers according to your process rules and KPI’s.
- You supervise process performance and provide reporting data.
- You initiate and steer improvement measures to optimise and innovate your processes and tools globally towards improved transparency, performance, and costs.
- You ensure the compliance of your processes, tools and data with local laws, contractual obligations, and internal regulations.
- You will be a key member of our globally distributed team of Process Managers.
- You will collaborate intensively within this team as well as with the business, with external partners and within the whole IT organisation globally in order to satisfy expectations and priorities of our customers.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Experience with IT service management tools and methodologies
- Handle the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Lead and empower multi-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues early on.
- Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services (Service Desk, Workplace & Collaboration, Data Centre & Network)
- Broad knowledge of IT Service Management processes, minimum ITIL V4 foundation - ideally ITIL 4 expert certification.
- Broad knowledge of IT Service Management tools.
- Broad knowledge of Monitoring and Reporting tools.
- Deep knowledge of Service Now, especially concerning data analytics.
- Deep knowledge in at least two of the areas Service Catalog management, Change Management, Service Level Analysis, Availability Management, Capacity and Performance Management, Asset & Config Management, Test Management.
- Experience in the management of service providers.
- Project Management Experience
- Continuous Service Improvement Experience
- Very good English skills (minimum C1), German would be an advantage.
- Superb communication and presentation skills on management and authority level.
- Very good intercultural collaboration skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Ability to lead change.
- Critical thinking.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- ITIL certified
- PMP certification.
