You’ll make an impact by:

·      Good understanding of Digital Learning /E-Learning domain (Sales/Technical/Design) and create the storyboard by conceptualizingthe flow of the digital learning based on its primary target audience.

·      Identify relevant technical guides, materialsetc and align with product SMEs, R&D to create the content based on thescope of digital learning / E-Learning

·      Provide the content in a sequential manner tothe developer.

·      Provide a draft version of the speaker text tothe developer which will be made into voice over audio.

·      Provide input in terms of what would be the keyon screen texts to highlight key points in the E-Learning / digital learning.

·      Provide support in arranging for requiredinfrastructure for E-Learning developer to capture screen recordings,screenshots, video simulations etc

·      Perform first level review of the E-Learning inan agile method during the development process for technical content, flow ofvoice over / pronunciations, accuracy and overall presentation of the on screentext before a final review by SMEs .

·      Responsible for Maintaining the final version ofthe Digital Learning / E-Learning in the E-Learning Repository.

You’ll win us over by:

·       AnEngineering degree B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech or any Equivalent Degree

·       3- 5 Years of Relevant experience as Instructional Designer into E- Learningspace

·       Goodcommand over English language both written and spoken.

·       InstructionalDesigning for Technical content / products / Technology will be preferred.

·       Youshould have the Ability to comprehend and translate technical content intoE-Learnings / Digital Learnings.

·      You need to understand the agile E-Learningdevelopment process.
