The team
Reportingto the Engineering Manager, you will develop processes for new and existingproducts for Cable Harness Manufacturingwithin Innomotics Sibiu.

You will be responsible for:
- New Product Introduction within the overall cableharnesses process
- Creating working plans, BOM’s and DataManagement in SAP
- Solves day by day production issues
- New projects offer calculation, process designand development, product and process validation
- Responsible for projects, process, and know-howtransfer from Germany HQ to Sibiu plant
- Analyzes the product manufacturing processsteps, and implements measures to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce rework,and increase productivity
- Partner with Quality and Purchasing to qualifysuppliers
- Training regarding any new project changeswithin the production
- Establish and accomplish yearly cost reductiongoals to improve profitability
- Responsible for design to manufacturing with customer R&D
- Ensuring compliance with customerspecifications and standard requirements
EssentialQualifications, and Experience:
- Technical studies in the field ofElectrical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical or similar studies
- +5 years’ technical experience in anelectro/electromechanical manufacturing environment
- + 3 years experience in new projectimplementation and transfer
- Strong process mindset with Lean manufacturingexperience, aiming to achieve excellence
- Align, and collaborate well with local keyfunctions such as Technology, Sales, Quality, Production, Purchasing,Logistics, Finance, and functions from Germany HQ
- Ability to prioritize and to work underpressure
- Switch between different tasks easily
- Working knowledge of ERP system, SAP or similarrequired
- Good command of the English language, Germanwould be an advantage
