Job description

We as a Global Mobility department are responsible to support the international workforce. GM handles a great variety of tasks related to international relocations of employees and administrative support of business trips. We ensure that travelers working abroad are performing their activities in the framework of local legislation.

An example is our support of travelers compliance with tax regulations in host countries. As part of the HR strategy GM is linked to the business strategy and provides service to different units and regions.

Our team in Prague supports cross-border businesses and travelers from EMEA region. Tax compliance specialists plays the role of an advisor to customers, facilitator of data collection and acts as a partner of tax providers and tax specialists.

What role will you play?

  • You drive and coordinate the global mobility process to enable timely and compliant international business travels for our customers in the EMEA region! In order to achieve that, you:
  • Assess international business travel requests and provide administrative support with focus on immigration, tax and social security
  • Collaborate with all involved parties (employee, local HR partner, business units, providers, etc.) and consult them on business travel
  • Ensure the correct data entry in the internal travel tool and maintain their completeness and accuracy
  • Keep the travelers and customer informed during all stages of the travel and prepare required documents and records (e.g. contracts, visa documents, reports)
  • Answer questions of your travelers and connect with internal and external partners to solve their problems

We are looking for:

  • High school/university degree
  • Proficient English skills, any other language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills combined with intercultural sensitivity
  • Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented person
  • Very good time management, self-organization and prioritization skills, to keep track of all your different tasks and responsibilities
  • You like working in a fast-pacing environment and adapt quickly to changes
  • Previous experience from Shared Services, Customer Support or Supportive Services environment is a plus
