Senior Foundry Technical Program Manager(CICV)

This position requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have experience in custom IC verification flows which encompasses circuit simulation, environment, characterization, and IP validation. 

Senior Foundry Technical Program Manager for CICV division within Siemens EDA. You will work with teams that have delivered iconic circuit simulation & Solido variation products in EDA history. This position is for the Analog Mixed-Signal Verification business unit of Siemens EDA IC. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Handle the communications with foundries, Siemens account teams (and sometimes customers directly) requesting CICV product qualifications and explaining to them the right process needs to be followed.

- Coordinate with foundries and discuss how to handle mutual customers requests. 

- Discussing with foundries the timelines of qualifications and make sure of putting achievable dates. 

- Collaborate with Foundry QA team different tasks and assign the priorities. 

- Help in reviewing any issues found by the Foundry team while running the qualification and decide about the next steps. 

- Assign ERs/DRs priorities opened to RnD/PE teams to facilitate AFS/Eldo qualifications. 

- Define, validate, and prioritize reference flow requirements, and work directly with customers/foundries to identify unmet needs. 

- Work with development teams to define product roadmap and solutions that meet market requirements and outperform the competition, while minimizing time-to-market 

- Develop and complete new product/solution campaigns such as 3DIC, cloud to meet the demands of customers and foundries. 

- Perform competitive analysis and issue internal competitive response bulletins focused on foundry enablement. 

- Develop high-quality content and handle regular MRM/TRMs with major foundries. 

- Support corporate marketing, partnership programs, and application development. 

- Present product updates to foundries and build relationships. 

- Be the trusted speaker for the CICV division with partners. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE 

- Five or more of years EDA product/technical marketing, or experience in customer-facing engineering roles 

- Experience in providing EDA tools for semiconductor companies (engineering experience at semiconductor companies is a plus) 

- Understanding of integrated circuits and their verification methodologies is an excellent bonus. 

- Being able to build credible relationships with technical teams and management is a strong plus. 

- Experience in coordinating product development cycles and software development schedules 

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications. 

- Work autonomously in a highly fast paced and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and interpersonal skills. 

- Analytical competence and proficiency in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses. 

- Experience in defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new features sets. 

- Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries. 

- Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills 

- Ability to work with internal and external customers of varying technical abilities. 

- Ability to think creatively to locate complicated problems to tackle.
