This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for thenext step in their career. As a Senior Finance Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- As a trusted partner to Head of CustomerFinance, provide expertise, advise, business administration and controllingservices over the Field Sales organization and Customer Financeorganization
- Manage the financial close, cost center rollingforecast and budget planning processes for the Field Sales and Customer Financeorganization.
- Collaborate with Commission and GPOAdministration groups, ensure accurate expense booking, reporting andforecasting of internal commissions & third-party sales fees
- Develop cost allocation methodology and ensuretransparency, analysis and effective communication to internal stakeholders onallocated cost, SG&A, COGS and headcount
- Create new and improve existing financial modelsand forecast methodology
- Suggest and implement meaningful KPIs to enabledecision making
- Support on corporate initiatives, evaluate anddrive implementation of digitalization opportunities

- The Senior Finance Controlling Specialist willplay a key role as a crucial driving force within the dynamic NAM (NorthAmerica) Performance Controlling team of Siemens Healthineers NAM zone.
- Reporting directly to the Director Finance -Performance Controlling, this position will be a subject matter expert, adeptin every aspect of the group's functions, spanning finance partnership,performance controlling, KPI analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc projects.
- Moreover, this individual will actively seizeopportunities to spearhead pivotal business initiatives, lead finance projects,and provide direct support to Executive Management, making their contributionindispensable to the organization's success.
Requiredskills to have for the success of this role
- Advanced know-how and experience in cost centerbudgeting/forecasting, monthly close activities, and various types of financialanalysis (preferably 10+ years)
- Valued and recognized expert in above mentionedfields and internally trusted advisor to functional or line management
- Excellent professional judgment and problemsolving competence
- Advanced communication skills to clearly presentkey issues and recommended actions
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint / think-cell and SAP
- Experience with business intelligence tools,data analysis and visualization, automation and digitalization are a plus(Excel macros, KNIME, UIPath, PowerBI, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, BusinessAdministration or related area
- Minimal travel (10%) may be required
