We are currently seeking a Senior Ecommerce Architect to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our sales and marketing domain, with a strong focus on the lead-to-cash process, software business transformation, and subscription management.

Key Know-How:
- Domain Architecture for Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture for the sales and marketing domain, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and data security.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks and platforms that enhance sales and marketing capabilities.
Lead-to-Cash Process:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
- Define and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the lead-to-cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Transformation to Software Business:
- Drive the transformation of our business model from traditional sales to selling software products and services online.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software product offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Architect the technical infrastructure/applications needed to support online software sales, including licensing, digital delivery, and subscription management.
Subscription Management:
- Design and implement a robust subscription management system to support various software product offerings.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and customer management for subscription-based services.
- Define and maintain subscription policies, including pricing tiers, feature sets, and renewal processes.
