Your mission will be…
- Integrate a data analytics team with diverse backgrounds, utilizing state-of-art data analytics tools and methodologies working in an international and multicultural environment
- Collaboration and technical consulting with cross-functional teams and different roles (Product Owner, Program Manager, Business Analysts) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design, develop and deploy Analytics solutions, focusing on data visualization best practices to support data-drive decision making processes, as well as security, quality and data access management
- Be the team reference for data visualizations topics, assuming technical lead role, if required
We are looking for someone with…
- Technical knowledge and experience with Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling, preferably in cloud-based environment (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Proven Knowledge/Experience in SQL (5y+)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes
- Strong experience in Data Visualization tools: Qlik, Power BI (3y+)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
- Action orientated. Should be able to persistently follow up on topics to ensure positive outcomes
- Good communication and analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
- Previous experience leading a team, or having Tech Lead role, is considered a plus
