You will make a difference by:
- Supports in preparation of bids / quotations / offers / contracts.
- Ensures proper entries of SAP processes (e.g: sales order, CCM or POC, booking of costs, billing & accounting transaction).
- Performs review and analysis on the key financial indicators (New Orders, Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Profit, FCF and NCE).
- Communication with customers / suppliers regarding commercial issues e.g: terms & conditions of contract, payment term and receivables / payables etc.
- Assists on procurement & logistics processes and issues
- Preparation of financial documents e.g. Bank Guarantees (Advance Payment / Performance Bond / Warranty Bond)
- Implement & improve operation processes & documentation according to the company policies/guideline.
- Other business administration tasks as and when required.
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- 3 years to 5 years work experience in the above area of responsibility
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous
