What do you contribute?
Start your career at Siemens Mobility in a key position where you will play a decisive role in shaping the commercial success of our international projects. As Senior Commercial Bid & Project Manager (f/m/d), you will not only be responsible for preparing bids, but will also be a key player in the commercial management of challenging projects with a volume of more than 100 million euros.
- You will independently prepare complex bids for new projects for our international customers and be responsible for all related commercial aspects of the bidding process.
- To do this, you will analyze tender documents, derive bid strategies from them and create complete documentation and calculations which, among other things, show all the delivery shares and costs incurred.
- You will manage complex projects commercially together with the technical project management.
- Also, you will report to management and communicate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, accounting) and suppliers.
- You will be actively involved in complex negotiations up to the successful conclusion of the contract.
- Further, you will act as a "temporary entrepreneur" for your project, taking holistic responsibility for all commercial activities and thus ensuring sustainable economic success.
What do you bring along?
- The basis of your success is a degree in economics (Master's/Diploma).
- You will also have many years of professional commercial experience, ideally in bid management or commercial project management.
- Also, you are characterized by practical experience in the international service or systems business, ideally in transport technology.
- You are very familiar with international contract law and have successfully conducted negotiations.
- You impress us with your experience in international cooperation.
- For your work in international projects, you must have a very good command of English and be willing to travel (approx. 10-20%). Knowledge of German is an advantage.
