Internal Audit helps to improve the overall success of Siemens Healthineers operations and processes and provides independent, factual, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics in order to create impact that drives change with improved financial results. You will work on different assurance engagements for various internal clients globally. The hands-on international exposure, in-depth view into Siemens Healthineers operations, and networking opportunities are key elements in taking the next step in your career and assume a significant role in a corporate environment.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of comprehensive audit programs and audit methodologies to effectively address identified risks
- You will be responsible for improving and revising existing audit techniques
- You will proactively drive the digitalization of the audit process and audit quality objectives
- You will develop and promote digital use cases that increase audit coverage and assurance, including data analytics
- You will play a key role in meetings with audit participants and management to present conclusions and recommendations
- You represent the global audit department within Siemens Healthineers, solidifying Siemens Healthineers Assurance as a trusted business partner who helps manage risks for the company

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of industrial engineering, economics, accounting or finance
- You have several years of professional experience in project management, during which time you have also acquired considerable financial expertise (controlling, accounting (IFRS), financial reporting)
- Furthermore, you have intensive theoretical and practical experience in at least one of the following or similar areas: product lifecycle management, logistics, engineering, manufacturing and quality management
- In addition, you have demonstrable experience in digitalization and the knowledge to actively contribute to an increased level of assurance (e.g. process mining, text mining, generative artificial intelligence, large language model, robotic process automation)
- You provide experience with the visualization of complex data (e.g. PowerBI) and show excellent skills in story telling with data
Your attributes and skills:
- We particularly value applicants who have worked in an international business environment and have experience of working and communicating with different cultures
- At Siemens Healthineers, our audits are conducted in English. Therefore, we expect business-fluency in English. Ideally, you also speak German and/or another language
- It is easy for you to create convincing management presentations and communications. You also use these skills when conducting stakeholder interviews as well as leading management meetings
- We learn passionately: It is important to you to continuously expand your own knowledge base and thus bring new impulses to our team and the entire organization
- You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are willing to undertake international travel up to 30% in order to carry out your audit activities
