  • Conduct thequarterly Siemens Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reporting process throughintensive collaboration with Siemens Businesses and Service & Governanceunits. Act as Business Partner for all ERM related topics including discussionof potential risks/opportunities, qualitative risk/opportunity validation,support of ERM workshops and preparation of high-quality quarterly reporting presentationsfor the Siemens AG Managing Board meetings.
  • Demonstratepassion and innovative spirit in further developing and digitizing the SiemensERM tool as well as the ERM reporting, processes and procedures. Initiateprocess improvements and support further enhancements/design of newfunctionalities and technical specifications in close collaboration withSiemens IT and the CF A Application Team. Actively initiate continuousimprovements to our ERM visualization solution (Tableau-based) and ourprocedures related to Business Continuity Management.
  • Drive the furthermethodical development of the Siemens ERM framework under consideration ofrecognized standards (e.g., ISO, COSO) and legal requirements (e.g., StockCorporation Act, German Accounting Standard DRS 20, German Corporate GovernanceCode, etc.).
  • Beresponsible/co-responsible for the annual ERM top-down process with screeningof current risk trends & developments and moderation of workshops withother Siemens functions.
  • Lead the ERMrelated annual update process of the Siemens RIC-Manual including methodologicalchanges and associated advice, training documents and training.
  • Be curiousand creative to further evolve the Siemens Combined Assurance approach in closealignment with CF A Internal Controls and CF A Audit.
  • Managestakeholders and collaborate with various target groups to ensure knowledgeexchanges with the Siemens ERM community, other Siemens assurance functions &selected Siemens governance functions on risk management. You also support the Siemensinternal audit function in the risk-based development of the annual audit plan.
  • Develop andimplement training courses amongst other around the ERM methodology or the SiemensCombined Assurance approach, maintain the ERM Knowledge Board and support the organizationof the annual Siemens RIC-Conference.
  • Be anactive member of the CF A ERM team contributing to an innovative, positive andagile working environment.

Yourprofile for "Making the future possible".

  • University degree e.g. in business administration.
  • Professionalexperience in ERM/risk management and/or corporate governance with an expertisein project management is a plus.
  • Strong experience working in an agile andinternational corporate environment.
  • Independent and results-oriented working style thatrequires only minimal supervision
  • Progressive thinking and striving for continuousimprovement to contribute making our company better.
  • Curiosity to try new things and an innovative mindset inyour daily work
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills,being able to adopt to different types of stakeholders at all levels within theorganization.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications foranalyzing reports and presentations for executive management (especially Exceland PowerPoint). Knowledge of data analytic tools and experience withstate-of-the-art technology is an advantage.
  • Fluency inEnglish and German.
