What are my responsibilities?
Responsible for type test plan, report and test of permanent magnet motor for vehicle
负责车用永磁电机型式测试计划，测试报告并执行测试
Responsible for routine test plan, explain the test items for test workers
负责出厂实验计划，给测试人员解释测试项目
Discuss with test lab and test field about test equipment capability
参与测试区或者实验室设备的能力讨论
Responsible for test and result analysis/judgment of motor
参与电机测试及试验结果分析与判定
Participate and support DTC project
参与支持DTC的工作
Response for prototype making together with mechanical engineer
与机械工程师一块负责样机的制作
Participate in multi-national team
参与跨文化的团队合作
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其它任务
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor's degree and above, major in electric automatization related
大学本科学历及以上，主修专业电气自动化相关专业
More than 3 years of experience in motor test
在电机测试方面不少于3年工作经验
Good English skill
具备流利的英语能力
Complete assigned tasks independently with high quality.
能保质保量独立完成岗位相关工作。
