Scrum Master / Team Facilitator
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead development team working with Molecular Imaging based Clinical Applications. The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering products features and solutions for our customers.
As a Scrum Master, you will enable the team to drive realization of features and component in a global team setup. In this role, you will be able to work closely with key decision makers in the Organization and bring about the changes that will enable Healthcare Providers worldwide to better diagnose and treat the patients for diseases such as Cancer. More so, you will be encouraged to provide innovative ideas towards product, processes and productivity improvements and contribute towards realizing them.
Key expectations of the role
- Manage cross functional scrum team having full responsibility of deliverables for iteration and Program Increment goals.
- Support the team in planning, execution and tracking iteration deliverables ensuring adherence to release timeline, expected quality and defined scope.
- Actively involve into team’s technical discussions and realization of iteration / Program increment goals while providing necessary support and mentoring to the team.
- Support the team in resolving dependencies and removing impediments by effectively working with different stakeholders.
- Represent the Scrum team in different forums (like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrum, PSG etc.) and effectively communicate team's progress, status and risks.
- Supporting Release Management in making informed decisions for Timeline, Scope, Quality and Risks by providing timely and accurate data.
- Drive high-performance team culture by championing continuous improvements in various areas leading to better throughput, flow of value, product quality, and higher team efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Preferably having around 8 years of experience working in the global setup on a comparable lead role, with around 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master for software development team.
- Software Developer background, specializing in Microsoft technology stack and windows-based product development, within product line engineering setting.
- Extensive experience working with complex software development projects, handling various stages of new feature development and defect handling.
- Experience working with either Agile-Scrum or SAFe framework for Software Development.
- Extensive expertise in stakeholder management coupled with a determined and proactive approach.
- Established Leadership skills, self-driven, quality and result oriented, having strong attention to details.
- Medical Imaging and Healthcare domain (Clinical Workflow) knowledge is preferred.
