What part will you play?
  • You fully contribute your previous experience and share best practices with other Scrum teams and foster collaboration
  • You work with agile and cross-functional teams in an international environment 
  • You encourage and support the team's creativity and self-determination to improve product development and the way we work
  • You ensure timely and constructive collaboration of the team with the product owner and other interested parties 
  • You support the removal of impeding circumstances or escalate them if the team cannot remove them internally 
  • You ensure that relevant principles and ceremonies are understood and applied by the team (e.g. sprint planning, stand-up meetings, end-of-cycle demonstrations, retrospectives, refinement of requirements) 
  • You help them to stay focussed and show project progress transparently, including to external stakeholders (e.g. project managers or product owners) 
  • In your role as Scrum Master, you train, supervise and support teams in achieving the agreed goals and continuously increasing performance 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a degree in computer science, energy technology or a comparable qualification 
  • You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development 
  • You have strong communication and motivation skills as well as good interpersonal skills 
  • You also have an agile mindset and knowledge of agile methodology, e.g. Scrum or SAFe and ideally certification as a Scrum Master 
  • You are willing to learn with a curious and positive mindset 
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
