We are looking for a ScrumMaster and/or AgileCoach with experience working directly with multiple development teamssimultaneously. Candidates will be fully invested in helping teams succeed overtheir own professional gain. Ideal candidates have a strong awareness of therole teams play in a scaled environment; avoiding local optimization that canbe a detriment to the enterprise. You will be working in an environment wherethe products being developed are large, mostly desktop-installed, enterpriseproduct suites that are deployed together. In this role you will be part of acommunity of other Scrum Masters and Coaches supporting our development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide informationradiators and ensure project data is accurate
  • Coordinate sprints,retrospective meetings, sprint reviews and daily scrums
  • Coach team members inAgile Principles and Values
  • Facilitate internalcommunication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contactfor external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with product ownersto ensure Product Goals, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlogs and Sprint Goals arewell formed and consistent with enterprise needs
  • Resolve conflicts andhelp remove impediments that occur
  • Help teams implementchanges effectively
  • Ensure deliverables areup to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teamsto higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productiveenvironment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Minimum Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience in a scrummaster role on more than 1 team simultaneously
  • Familiarity withsoftware development
  • Excellent knowledge ofScrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, storyestimation, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of otherAgile frameworks (Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Lean/Kanban)
  • Excellent communicationand servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving andconflict-resolution ability
  • Outstandingorganizational skills
  • Degree in ComputerScience, Engineering or similar field
  • Scrum Mastercertification

Preferred additional Requirements and Skills

  • Experience helping withcoordination of multiple teams
  • Can confidently teachscrum to others
  • Experience helping coachand teach other scrum masters
  • Has experiencesupporting/participating in Community of Practice/Guilds to increase learningopportunities
  • Good understanding ofCI/CD practices and tools
  • Good understanding onmanaging large legacy codebases (C++)
  • Experience with one ormore ALM tools such as Digital.ai Agility, Atlassian’s Jira and Jira Align, etc.

The salary range forthis position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemensoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
