You’ll make a difference by:

• As a Scrum Master,you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to develop product features forSAP S/4HANA that help our customers to run their product clusters at theirbest. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillarof our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the new Siemens SAPS/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specificSiemens business organizations.
• As aScrum Master, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to developproduct features for SAP S/4HANA that help our customers to run their productclusters at their best.
• In yourrole as a Scrum Master, you organize a Scrum Team with a strong focus oncustomer success in global environment, you will continuously develop yourskills and increase your knowledge regarding business processes and technology.
• Youwork closely with the development teams in the scrum process and provide youradvice, support and experience to the team members from various global regions.
• You representthe scrum team and organize scrum related sessions.
• Yousupport a holistic testing approach including automated or manual tests .
• You ensurequality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause &impact analysis.
• Youcontribute as Single Point of Contact in cross-functional teams for ReleaseManagement, Test Management and other teams like cutover or hyper care.
• In yourrole, you plan, manage and maintain the scope, timelines, and respectiveprogress for the increments.
• Youdefine the “WHEN” of delivery and the overall roadmap for the increments youown and assure that the “WHAT of your increment fits to the overall product.

Your success is grounded in:

• You hold anygraduate degree in any discipline a comparable field, or a similarqualification.
• SAP knowledge ispreferred but not mandatory.
• Working experiencein SAFe ® methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory.
• You have (3+ years)experience as ERP Product Owner, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager workingin Scrum agile or SAFe ® agile methodology.
• You have functionalunderstanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting,controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
• You have experiencein leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) onan international level and enjoy working in and being part of international programorganization with virtual/multicultural teams.
• Interculturalexperience is desired.
• Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken.
• You have astructured thought process and proactive approach towards problem solving.
• You havewillingness to learn new processes, information and don’t mind getting yourhands dirty.
