• You’ll receive order from sales/acquisition team.
• You’ll prepare transfer the Techno-commercial order to Order Manager Works with Gate-1 execution / NXTOOL transfer, if applicable
• You’ll perform the Commercial checks (Payment terms, LD etc..) as well as offer validity of B/O materials
• You’ll co-ordinate and obtain the technical clarification / attend KOM with Customer.
• You’ll submit drawings to customers, incorporate customers’ comments and will visit customers for approvals if required.
• You’ll plan the order for manufacturing in line with contractual delivery and approvals (milestone).
• You’ll be responsible for change and claim management and maintain/ exceed profitability of order.
• You’ll arrange for dispatch clearance from customer & co-ordinate with factory for dispatch
• You’ll be handling of bought-out equipment like bus duct, Control and relay panels, adaptors, site activity, etc.
• You’ll be responsible for closing the order as per contractual scope within approved timeline.
• You’ll be responsible for handling post-supply/site queries and creating the CFR on receipt of quality related site complaints and coordinating with CS & logistics team for dispatches
• You’ve a good knowledge of switchgear fundamentals, great understanding and interpretation of customer technical specifications and Single Line Diagram.
• You’ve a sound background of Medium & Low Voltage products / Systems.
• You’ve good communication skills with great Customer orientation and have got hands on experience in MS Excel & Power Point.
• You’ve preferably Customer handling experience
• You’ve mandatory to have English fluency in written and verbal communication.
