About the Role 

The Sales & Services OperationsCoordinator is a new position that will play a key role in organizing, supportingand guiding our Energy & Sustainability Sales and Services teams on a rangeof administrative, system and process related activities and projects.  This role will be reporting into a globalteam who are responsible for general revenue operations for Brightly SoftwareInc.

We are looking for an organized, analytical, persistent, person who isalso relationship oriented, optimistic, and driven to be part of a great team.It is important to have a value-added mindset and be willing to continue tolearn and be curious. 


 What you will be doing


  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Services teams to maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance to Brightly’s internal policies and processes.
  • Gain an advanced proficiency of Brightly products, pricing, invoicing structure, and client contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Accounting to ensure internal and external order form and client agreement requirements are met.
  • Support the full sales cycle from sales quote and order form creation, project creation, delivery tracking, and invoicing support within Brightly’s systems.
  • Maintain and update Client and Prospect Account Data and Hierarchy within Brightly’s Salesforce instance.
  • Collaborate regularly with team members to ensure data accuracy and standardization.
  • Monitor and manage the status of open sales proposals.
  • Prepare regular sales and client reporting from Brightly’s CRM.
  • Cascade client feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

    What you need


    • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar is preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
    • Problem solver and critical thinker, able to ask the right questions.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Has an eye for proposal aesthetics and attention to detail.
    • Able to prioritize and manage several proposals simultaneously.
    • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Indesign, and Docusign.
    • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
    • Proficient technical and contractual language writing skills.

    The pay range for this position is $43,500 - $74,500. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
