Job Title: Sales Secretary for theNorth, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Location: Remote with occasional trips to the Camberley, Surrey office
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) by handling various administrative tasks. This is a remote position with occasional visits to our office in Camberley, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary Management and Travel Coordination:
Efficiently manage the diaries of our Regional Sales Managers.
Take charge of booking all travel arrangements for RSMs.
Expense Management:
Handle the management and submission of expenses for RSMs as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits, both locally and internationally.
Logistics and Purchasing:
Arrange local and international site visits, including complex travel arrangements for internal colleagues and customers.
Raise purchase orders, set up vendors for payment, and handle the ordering of stationery, merchandise, and IT equipment.
Communication and Support:
Field enquiries across other internal teams as required.
Act as the main contact person for local reference sites, arranging visits and tracking activities.
Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:
Handle any other ad hoc administrative tasks required by the RSMs.
Flexibility and Collaboration:
Attend meetings at the Camberley office and other off-site locations as required.
Provide coverage for other team members during holidays or sickness.
Be flexible around region cover if the needs of the business change.
Compliance and GDPR:
Understand and adhere to compliance and GDPR rules in all activities.
Desired Experience:
Previous secretarial experience with a strong administrative background.
Proven ability to effectively deal with customers and internal stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attention to detail.
Comfortable working across various aspects of business administration.
