Job description
- Tracking and triumphing in high-value projects. This includes setting and exceeding sales targets, cultivating relationships with clients, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

- Taking the helm in shaping the future. This involves leading the charge in developing innovative automation solutions and using internal resources to bring them to life.
- Diving into the intricacies of tender documents. This includes organizing the scope of work for specialized teams and ensuring that every proposal meets customer needs.
- Uniting global engineering efforts. This means seamlessly coordinating with the Global Engineering Center and crafting bill of materials that propel engineering projects to new heights.
- Nurturing a strong project opportunity pipeline. This includes continuously updating market intelligence and using your insights to shape the future of the company.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the automation industry, with a proven track record in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or science-related discipline, such as Electrical Engineering or Controls/Process Engineering.
- Language Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, DCS 7, MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and Sales Force.
- Sales Motivation: Highly motivated in sales with a strong character to perform under pressure and meet tight sales schedules.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing and able to travel as required.
