Job description
- Participate in Shadow Sessions with current SDR and Account Executives.
- Database Clean Up – create new Account and New Contacts based on target personas and key business segments
- Verify contacts at key accounts and market segments
- Provide feedback on current process and work with Sales Leadership to leave a lasting change on the Sales Organization
- Prospect to generate new business for the company through qualified Discovery Calls
- Maintain the integrity of sales systems (CRM) and internal processes through execution and documentation, constantly seeking ways to help us grow and improve
- Rising 4th year undergraduate student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- A basic understanding of the internet and web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm.
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity.
- An ability to work well in team environment and interacts well with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- An ability to take initiative for self-development and exhibits patience in learning new processes.
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills.
- An ability to think analytically to identify issues as well as solutions to problems.
- An ability to quickly learn, adapt to new information and understand company concepts in a timely manner.
- Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft
- Prior work experience in a service-oriented job role (e.g., in Customer Service)
