Responsibilities:

Support to design of a training systemfrom a management and strategic perspective empowers the sales organization andenhances the capabilities of the sales team by leveraging internal and externalresources. This includes establishing a measurement mechanism and developingthe training system to continuously ensure alignment with future organizationalneeds.

Understand the company’s product portfolioand clients’ needs. Working with our sales team and cross-functional team todesign trainings system from management and strategy perspective;

Support to develop & execute trainingplan (long-term and short-term) and budget plan. Ensure all programs are incompliance, legal guidelines, and company policies;

Maintain training records and providemeasurable (quantitative and qualitative) information as part of sales KPI.Measure the effectiveness of the training to the sales performance bydeveloping metric and reporting tools to determine the effectiveness as well asreturn on investment.

Analyze and report the achievement ofmeasurement milestones relating to education programs (key performanceindicators).

Keep abreast of training best practice andapply it to the Company where applicable.

Reports processes to the respectivedepartments and handles the project timeline update together with businessline.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of work experiences in MNChealthcare industry, with 3+ years in sales/sales management   experiences and 6+ years in trainingexperiences (incl. management training and leadership training).

- Good knowledge of healthcare marketcontext. Solid techniques as a facilitator, a trainer and a coach.

- Can work independently with passion andself-motivation. Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player - Goodcoordination and project management skills.

- Good business acumen, strategic thinkingabilities, motivational, pro-active, initiative…

- Excellent presentation and communicationskills in both Mandarin and English

- Bachelor degree or above. Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biologicaland related background is preferred.
