Then come and join our global team as Sales Education Manager (f/m/d) to support AT (Advanced Therapies) business success by driving Sales Education Excellence and implementing best in class commercial education processes and methodologies
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You define the global AT sales education strategy considering organization goals
- You develop AT sales education process ensuring framework, content and methodologies are reviewed and updated on regular basis
- You create AT sales education communication plan and ensure its implementation
- You propose AT FY budget for sales education development and initiatives, based on expected ROI
- You serve as interface/contact point for AT on sales education
- You define and provide sales education KPI’s for AT commercial leadership
- You identify new practices and/or technologies through benchmarking and research, focusing on evidence-based solutions

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a master’s degree with a focus on Business or similar
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this field
- You have several years of relevant successful work experience in Sales Education or a related field such as Marketing and/or Sales
- You have experience in the digital training environment
- Global experience on the fields above is preferred
- You convince with your advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office

- You can influence others (internal and external) given the multidepartment projects this role is responsible for/participating in
- You ‘own it’: your pro-active and self-driven personality enables you to work independently, and result orientated within a dynamic and cross functional environment with the ability to inspire others
- It is easy for you to create convincing presentations and communications
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to execute your work and communicate fluently in English and at eye level with different cultures, and management levels in an international environment. German language skills or further language skills are a plus
