You will play a crucial role in enhancing theefficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through data analysis,reporting, and the implementation of Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automatesolutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging these tools to provideinsights, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making withinthe sales organisation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

·      Data Analysis and Reporting:

o   Analyse salesdata to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

o   Generate andmaintain regular sales reports and dashboards using Power BI.

o   Provideactionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.

·      Power BI, PowerApps & Power Automation Development:

o   Design,develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualise salesperformance metrics, forecasting, and other relevant KPIs.

o   Collaboratewith IT and other stakeholders to build and customize PowerApps & PowerAutomate solutions to automate sales processes and workflows.

·      Sales Process Optimization:

o   Work closelywith sales operations to identify areas for process improvement.

o   Use dataanalysis to streamline sales processes and enhance overall operationalefficiency.

o   Implement andmanage PowerApps solutions to automate manual tasks and improve salesworkflows.

·      Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o   Collaboratewith other business areas to gather requirements and ensure alignment withorganizational goals.

o   Communicateinsights and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders, includingsales managers and executives.

·      Training and Support:

o   Providetraining and support to sales teams on the effective use of CRM, Power BI andPowerApps.

o  Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot issues and enhanceuser adoption of these tools.

Your qualifications andexperience:

To apply for this Sales Business Analyst role, you will need a bachelor’sdegree in business, Information Technology, or related fields and a proventrack record in following:

·      Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a sales operation’srole.

·      Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate development.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Familiarity with sales processes and metrics.

You will also require the following:

·      Certification in Power BI or Power Platform.

·      Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud,Salesforce, Dynamics 365).

·      Knowledge of SQL and data modelling.

·      Project management skills.
